“Sounds interesting. How does pricing work for a team of 12?”Marta replied to step 2
Example
Real results. Not promises.
Leads go cold fast
In a study of online sales leads, companies that responded within an hour were nearly 7 times as likely to qualify the lead as those that waited longer. Sue drafts the answer as soon as the reply lands.

Every reply answered. Fast, and in your voice.
Every reply answered fast
Leads go cold fast. Sue drafts the right answer to every reply in minutes.
Why speed matters →Answers in your voice
From your guidance and positioning, in your tone and length, and in the lead’s language.
See a reply →No lead falls through
“Ping me in August” becomes a scheduled follow-up. Out-of-office replies get one for their return.
How Sue handles replies →What Sue does.
Replies go cold in hours. Sue answers fast, and you decide which answers go out on their own.
Reads every reply
Interested, a question, an objection, a referral, not now, a decline or an out-of-office.
Answers in your voice
From your guidance and positioning, in your tone and length, and in the lead’s language.
Follows up on time
“Ping me in August” becomes a scheduled follow-up. Out-of-office replies get one for their return.
Learns from your edits
Edit a draft before sending and Sue remembers the correction next time.
Rules for every kind of campaign.
Give each group of campaigns its own rules. Some common setups:
Nurture on autopilot
Newsletter sign-ups and webinar leads. Sue sends on her own.
Closing with approval
Enterprise demos. Every reply waits for you.
Re-engage closed lost
Deals that went quiet get a second chance.
Webinar follow-up
Attendees get the slides and a next step.
No-show recovery
A missed meeting gets a new time, not silence.
Not now, on time
“Ping me next quarter” becomes a follow-up on the right day.
How Sue handles each kind of reply.
Choose what Sue sends on her own and what waits for you. Different campaigns can have different rules: nurture can run on its own while closing waits for your approval.
Conversations
Replies where the lead is engaging. These move deals forward, so most teams review them.
Housekeeping
Routine replies Sue can usually handle on her own.
Her limits
Rules that apply whenever Sue sends on her own.
Every reply waits for your approval until you choose otherwise.
Your booking link, never a fake booking
Sue shares your Calendly link when a lead wants to meet. She never claims a meeting is booked.
Alerts in Slack
Get a message in Slack when a reply needs you.
In the lead’s language
Sue replies in the language the lead wrote in.

“Sounds interesting. How does pricing work for a team of 12?”Marta replied to step 2
Hi Marta, thanks for asking. For a team of 12 you’d be on our Team plan, billed per seat. Happy to walk you through it in 20 minutes. Would Thursday or Friday work?
A pricing question from an engaged lead. Answered from your pricing guidance, with one next step.
ModeDraft for approval
Waiting for your approval“We already use Pipedrive for this.”Tom replied to step 1
Makes sense, Tom. Most teams we work with keep Pipedrive and use us to fill it with warmer leads. Worth a 15-minute look?
“Already using X” is an objection. Sue answers with your positioning and keeps the door open.
ModeDraft for approval
Waiting for your approval“I’m out of office until Oct 28 with limited access to email.”Auto-reply to step 1
Hi Jonas, welcome back! Picking up where we left off: would a 20-minute call this week work to see if we can help Nordpay?
An away message with a return date. Sue pauses the sequence and follows up when he’s back.
ModeSends automatically on Oct 28

Replies pile up. Sue answers each one.
Interested replies, questions and “not now” all need a different answer, and fast. Sue reads every one and drafts it.
Replies wait until someone has time. Questions get a generic answer and “not now” gets forgotten.
- Hours or days before an answer
- Follow-ups depend on memory
- Every rep answers differently
Every reply read and answered in your voice, sent with your OK or on her own for the kinds of reply you choose.
- Questions, objections and referrals
- Follow-ups scheduled on time
- Interested leads handed to Mateo

Answer in each client’s voice
Guidance, tone and language per client, set once.
Hand clients meetings, not threads
Interested replies go to Mateo, who books them on the client’s calendar.

Sue starts on replies once a campaign is sending. Group campaigns that need different rules.
- 2

For each kind of reply: off, draft for approval, or send automatically.
- 3

Drafts wait in your inbox. Edit before sending and Sue learns from it.
Questions about Sue.
Does Sue reply without my approval?
Only for the kinds of reply you choose. Everything else waits as a draft. Unclear replies, like a bare “Yes”, are never sent automatically.
How is Sue different from a unified inbox?
An inbox collects replies so you can answer them. Sue reads each one, works out what the lead wants and drafts the answer, so replies are ready when you open the inbox.
How does Sue know what to say?
From your guidance, positioning and knowledge base, in the tone and length you set. Edit a draft before sending and she learns from it.
What happens with “not now” replies?
Sue acknowledges, pauses the sequence and schedules a follow-up for the date they mention. If they don’t give one, she can ask for a date.
Can Sue book meetings?
She shares your booking link, like Calendly, when a lead wants to meet, and never claims a meeting is booked. Mateo handles the booking itself.
Can different campaigns have different rules?
Yes. Create a task for each group of campaigns. Nurture can let Sue send on her own while closing waits for your approval.
Does Sue cost extra?
No separate fee. Sue uses the credit pool included in every plan. Each account comes with 5,000 credits, enough for standard outbound needs.

Never leave a reply waiting
Choose what Sue sends on her own. Everything else is drafted and waiting for you.
